FOMO Fremantle – A Melting Pot of Retail and Food

Recently, we had the pleasure of going to FOMO in Fremantle, and it’s definitely one to check out if you’re looking for an enjoyable time with food and retail.

The centre is located next to the Fremantle Library, which is another iconic structure that’s been recently refurbished for the community. Fremantle in general is an excellent place to view amazing, old-school structures, and the library is a great edition to the suburb’s beauty.

FOMO has a combination of restaurants, entertainment centers, grocery stores, and art exhibitions. The food selection is vast, and they have everything from Korean, Indonesian, Japanese, and American cuisine.

It was around lunch time when we went there, although the outdoor area looked empty, it was pretty packed inside with minimal place to sit and dine. So we’d suggest going off-peak hours to enjoy different cuisines comfortably.

We settled for Korean food because it was a cold day – and who doesn’t love Korean BBQ on a cold day?! The food was delicious and we can definitely see ourselves coming back for a second round.

On some Sundays, FOMO also is home to a pre-loved market, where you can buy pre-loved items from individual vendors, so you’d definitely not want to miss that! However, we would recommend checking their Instagram for the latest news and updates on the market.

So if you’re looking for something to do in Fremantle, FOMO is certainly a place that would fulfill your shopping, entertainment, and foodie needs!
